swimom, that commentary is the only commentary I have heard repeatedly again and again every time someone asks legit DD-related questions.
The issue Brian brought up is very important since legal issues is not something to joke around, companies 10000000 times larger than Petron try to avoid them at any cost, some of them even settle before the trial since litigation costs far outweigh the settlement amount. Petron can't afford any of those, just like Petron can't step into something that has an ongoing litigation. Simple shrug off about"companies getting sued all the time" doesn't fly here. Just imagine what a class action law suit will do to this company considering a precarious financial situation Petron finds itself in currently.
On the other note somebody made good money today on that wild and fast swing from .0027 to .0048........It wasn't me but I wonder who would that be wink wink? IMO
