Absolute worst source of information for a penny stock like mhtx is the CEO or other inside promoters (i/r, Marv, etc.). SEC filings are best, although even they can be misleading or even restated. That's where things like the $2.2 million gift to themselves show up, and the information in those filings is why the stock is worth half of its value from 4 years ago. Maybe some actual accomplishments will be reported in future filings.
