BLVTD chill at TDA

Doesn't meant all brokers report this but TDA bit of gold standard. Meaning even if found a broker who would let you go Long I wouldn't bother unless was a new broker you found that would take shares when opening account.
Don't know if can sell it but TDA didn't come back with a Sells Only message.

Order cannot be processed due to a DTC chill restricting the ability to transfer a security and settle the trade.
