yes i do agree with skyline2012, i have been following him for a year now and I also agree the fact something big is up with CERP. Skyline did post today about the contract from mamacangura, and i do remember Scheer saying in CC that he will announce a contract by end of year, but he did not release it. There has to be a reason behind this.

I think they want to keep the PPS as low as possible, to show how investors are hurt and in pain.

Soon, this madness will stop and CERP will show its life.
