Many are forgetting these are A/S not O/S. A/S does not necessarily dilute the share price until they become O/S. The conversion of authorized shares to outstanding shares can be a good thing dependent upon the increased revenues the conversion accomplishes. Trust the company's management staff and Legal team here.
