4.65 was the bottom IMHO. THe SP may have to struggle a bit to get thru the $5 double cutoff level but maybe not. This drop was hugely overdone by people who just are't taking the fundamentals into account. As has been already noted here, the SP did much the same after the last sale of stock and recovered completely very quickly and continued up far past where it had started from.
