You completely missed the point of my post. Re-read it. I do say there actually is naked shorting, but too many people(longs in penny stocks usually) use the term naked shorting as a catch all when the stock is stagnant or dropping. That was my point, that the term naked shorting is used as a crutch for any and all ill's that befall the shareprice of a penny stock.
