Sounds like a lot of people are waiting till this contract comes out first. Those people you speak of have lots of money and don't need to take the risk to buy beforehand they can make just as much after the ppa comes out by waiting for big volume and getting 6 mill shares at .03 or .04 and still make bank. He couldn't buy that many right now with this low volume anyways. I don't have that kind of money right now so I have to take the risk to buy now while it's dirt cheap and make a killing later. Risky yes but the reward will be great . I feel this contract will come out maybe not exactly on our time frame .
