Dude this question was asked and answered a looooong time ago. They stated they put the JNH money aside and prepaid for printing to get the funds off their books for tax reasons so they didnt get hit with taxes on a charity book.

Oh and in case your mind cant comprehend it, convertible debt loans are from investors. Those arent banks loaning, theyre investors.

Am I happy that they had to? No. Im not happy that my friends cant get a loan from the bank either when they try to buy a house because the banks arent lending worth a damn either.
