So far, this company has in no way been misleading. They have fully disclosed the how and why of the current O/S. The new issuing of shares to former private enterprise shareholders is common in a R/M. Furthermore, there have been no "fluff" PRs talking about "letters of intent" and all that other BS you see with PINK companies. This is a real company, with a real product that has a lot of potential, and we have real PRs of substance ( few at this point, but that's because they are real. This cannot be emphasized enough.)There is much more reason for excitement here than there is for worry.
Consider the management, consider the product, and consider the substance to the news that has been released. A 100,000,000 float is not going to be a determining factor as to the rise or fall of this stock. Investor/trader sentiment will however be a factor, and as of now, it looks promising.
