Our partner could have easily, and understandably delayed in committing to the 2D seismic until after the approval. They didn't, they signed the dotted line. Very confident move IMO.

I'm sure by now they know the general location of where they want to drill. Lots of prep work that has to be done just to get the rigs there. So given how efficiently things have been moving its safe to assume plans are being made for drilling. I don't see why not EOY drilling isn't possible.
