Wise, didn't the PR state they were acquiring from Phoenix Energy Inc and not Hall Phoenix Energy? I'm not sure but I literally searched for over an hour today strictly on Phoenix Energy Inc. and all I could find was a one man show in Mississippi with a small statement of 6 wells. Wouldn't a company with 6 wells in the Bakken have employees?

I hope I'm severely wrong here but the more I dig into this the more I start to question it. Maybe Tesla can tune in here and add something....

Anyways, my fingers are crossed....
