Dilution? Do your research first before crying foul. PHOT's technique is actually very smart. The cash the new shares generate are being put to use immediately. This is exactly what the intelligent thing to do is. The problem comes from amateur investors panicking and selling. Again do your homework and look at what other companies have done and see how it is positive when and only when done correctly which so far PHOT is doing. I am loading up on PHOT first thing Tuesday morning. The upcoming news along with public sentiment is going to have PHOT explode without a very big selloff.
