From the 2013 AGM, if I remember correctly, JB indicated he would return his "Super B" shares to the treasury when the BoD was seated, I guess with their approval. Wondering IF this would rise to a material event?

imo yes .. but my expectation is corp counsel
will confer with an sec atty re: specifics of how handled

speaking of the BoD .. curious to see how seated
1 or 2 initially .. after financing (if needed) .. or all en masse

and really curious re: financing terms and when exactly that is filed (if needed)
