RE: Tomorrow's Hearing Texas Case

Card disappeared from Turner's possession....thus he stopped charges, found card in someone's possession, and returned the card.....look at the inadmissible so-called documentation that PG, non attorney, Kerry Thacker, provided to the court for the response prepared for "pro se" response of Peter Villiotis. It supports that statement.

What is most telling however, are the two letters subsequently prepared by the Controller of the company, Ken Cartosa, that states, Peter,

"he signed a promissory note to cover the charges and funds advanced to the Company by Mr Meredith."

Thus we have a promissory note, personally guaranteed, signed by both the Company and Peter, to cover the charges. We have a witnessed promissory note. We have the company controller, acknowledging in writing twice , the promissory note was for the advances and charges. And we have a defaulted promissory note.

No response has been prepared for the company however, since no valid attorney was engaged by the company.

Just wait till tomorrow....unless one is trying to affect the market in the morning I assume...

Judgment Day is rapidly approaching.
