Some random thoughts/questions, seeking yours:
1) I wonder though whether HRT will receive any spendable cash from the Rosneft's 6% sale. Given the reaction of the market (SP dropped if I recall correctly) to this positive news, the cash might be restricted to be spent only on HRT's portion of capital projects in the Solimoes.
2) I am not sure there will be enough profits from Polvo to use the tax credits as those profits might only cover the current operating losses such that HRT is now breaking even. Unfortunately, HRT has not provided any transparency on Polvo's impact on the P&L.
3) If MM is involved in decisions, will he argue for IPEX to remain a part of HRT and not to be sold? If so, will he challenge it to become a profit center in its own right and not a cash drain on the company?
