whoever wrote the SA article was a moron. PHOT is wanting to increase the AS not the OS.Increase the OS and you increase the Market cap. Increasing the AS and OS the value of your shares does not automatically go down 3 fold. The AS is the potential for dilution. The float is what effects your shareholder value. Increase the float and the price per share goes down given everything else constant. PHOT does that everyday and every month at a rate of 30-55mil shares over the last 2 quarters. I suspect with the massive volume increase lately the dilution rate has increased as well. Hence the reason asking shareholders to increase the AS to 3 bil from 1 bil. Companies don't like to talk about OS and especially floats above 1 billion. When they float is above 1 billion your in the land of the Walking Dead. MJNA is in that land PHOT is headed there. ASAP. I estimate float to be 700-800mil currently. What is very significant is the rate of the float increase in the last 12 months about 600-700%. When all the volume on PHOT and MJNA dry up they will not fair well. The biggest problem facing them right now and in the foreseeable future is the rapidly increasing availability of many other plays to put your money in that have a fraction of the floats these two morbidly obese pigs do. Everybody knows who are the first people to die in Zombieland. The fat ones. Cardio Cardio Cardio. PHOT needs Cardio or lyposuction in the form of an rs to slaughter all the current shareholders value and start with some fresh shares in a new leaner PHOT. What do think about that.
