None of the top selling energy drinks have PB's name and they are doing just fine. IMO CIRC can take it or leave it. CIRC owns the drink inside the can they manufacture and distribute so changing the name IMO wouldn't be that hard. Either way PB and Co won't leave untouched by justice. Who knows maybe PB's name is the reason this stock and drink never took off. Only some of us were impressed by PB trademark but overall it hasn't really helped the stock or the drink move....or has it?? wink
