Don't know, have received dividends before in the otc.

My opinion is:

The dividends will be paid as budgeted, and the audits will be completed.

And yes, the hedge fund will take a position.

And yes, naked short selling is done on the behalf of hedge funds working with unscrupulous B/D. And yes they are outside the country, but not neccasarily off shore. ;)
