And at this point they are going to have to show more than a PR that says we signed 3 deals. They are going to have to show numbers!! What happens to the pps if they vote does not get passed? Has the entire rally been manufactured? Is this a big con? These are the questions that are going thru many investors and has everyone worried. Until the dust settles being long PHOT is dangerous. For the last 4 trading days the most we have bounced back off the low is about 3.10 cents. And have closed on average 1.75 cents off the low.
