I worked for them and they owe me $14,500. They owe a mailing house over $1,000. If you join the Nurses Lounge and go to the Dallas Fort Worth Lounge and start looking for recent activity you'll see what I'm talking about. Just about every "Lounge" in the state of Texas hasn't been used in months and years. The lounges are free, nobody is paying for job postings (they are scraped from job boards so it will look like they have a bunch of jobs), there are no banner ads. Where is the money coming from? Just a few months ago they were saying they didn't know if they could stay afloat and the owed over $200,000 (verifiable on their SEC filings). Apparently they have come into some money lately, probably from some idiot investing in them. A few years ago there was another guy like yourself posting here about rumors that a "major social network" was looking into purchasing the nurses lounge. I wonder who started that and why?

There is an RN network on LinkedIn with more members than NL. That double row of nurses were pictures I posted on his site 3-4 years ago. Those nurses joined when the site first opened. I know their names and where they work.

Join the Nurses Lounge and spend some time there. Or click on metro or state lounges in the ibox above. Then click on Dalls and Fort Worth, or any metro lounge, then click on member and start looking at the last date they visited. 99% of the members join, look around and then never come back. I would suggest looking in Dallas and Fort Worth where the company is located...in his house. If it doesn't catch on in his home town how can it anywhere else.
