Because the value is coming, share structure is also important 135m OS with CEO owning 112 million, staff owning about 3m and the remaining 22m is held very tightly with a few investors holding 2m each so not much available in the market. The move is actually recovery of previous value to around .05 and then up from there on Nanobeak and NASA licensing. For me, above .25 is fair value at the moment. IMO
