I wanted to know if you could clarify --- I read that KGET signed an acquisition agreement to purchase Green Day Tech. and now KGET issued the PR that states GDT is a wholly-owned subsidiary. Has that acquisition been officially finalized ??

On Dec. 23, concerning the acquisition of GDT, KGET PRed that, "...The mechanics of share exchange have been worked out and now have to be implemented which should be finalized by the end of Jan. 2014."

Shouldn't that finalization have been worked out already, BEFORE KGET PRed that GDT is in fact a wholly-owned sub. ??

Any thoughts if this is material or not ??
