trader7; again it saddens me as a long to face the facts, Joe and Ronnie have taken advantage of both of us and all longs. None of us can sell our shares and escape this madness.
This last one is just another ploy that helped them unload millions of shares on us again instead of seeing the PPS go up, it went up a little and then the two guys at the root of the problem here unloaded again for some more money in their pockets.
Remember they got their shares for .0001 and just unloaded a boat load at .007 to .009.
The joke, or trick here is JTT-EMS in Medical Alarm and Senior Communications Services Joint Venture They just ordered their first order....
right JTT and Medipendant just ordered from themselves 500 pendants, pendants that they don't have and an order they do not intend to fill....but they drove up the PPS a little and then unloaded on this worthless PR.
No financials and we were promised last August, and the last 4 years, we'd have them and we didn't get them and watch we won't get them.
Joe is a master at deception and he has taken Ronnie, who built a 600 million dollar company before, under his wing.
Why would Ronnie join hands...because after he sold the 600 million dollar company he burnt through his cash and had to try again to build another company...
along comes Joe and convinces him that if he builds this company up he'll sell it and be broke again in a few years....
so why not run this scam for 5 or 6 years for some real money in his pocket.....
0001 they paid and have sold as high as .028 making millions and getting Ronnie on board for a rapping of the share holders and the destruction of MDHI.
Ronnie doesn't fear the legal aspect of this, or getting arrested as Joe has done this for 15 years now and never been caught.
Ronnie's honest and willingness to be fair went right out the window when Joe explained it all to him.
Open your eyes as I have trader.... lie after lie, after lie, dump after dump after dumb, the only folks who have made money here are Joe and Ronnie and before they are done they'll be billionaires and the elderly will be lying on the floor dead.
Nothing matters here except what Ronnie and Joe can steal from us, and they have done a good job of it.
Open your eyes trader....we hung and argued the cause because we wanted to see this work....there will never be anyone make money here except Joe and Ronnie and my 15,000,000 plus shares are worthless now and will be worthless next year and for the next few years.
They will never give us a exit as that will take from their pockets.
Down to .00001 for us and $$$$$ in Ronnie's and Joes pocket all the way down as they dump the 16,000,000,000 they have just gotten for themselves and when they have unload every one of them Joe and Ronnie will close shop.
Oh and Joe says he gave up millions of dollars for the better of the company...what he gave up was 30,000,000 shares that cost him .0001 per share or $3,000 out of his pocket.
So Joe didn't totally lie, he did give up 30,000,000 shares, but lied about the value of them.....
he more then paid for those shares he gave up by 1000 times over on that post he did here to recoup the money he says he gave up.
Joe Noel is and will always be a B Madoff of the master of selling worthless shares... nothing more until the day he is lying on the floor dead and resting in hell, with not a penny in his pocket to buy his way out.....
