what will the timing be -- who knows? i see no reason to assume hours, days or weeks.

one will likely be able to trade WGAS in the $0.003-40 range for several weeks.

that's why i brought up the paxton intervention. "intervening" is the purchase of a distressed asset, yet nowhere in the virgin oil docs is VM-179 listed as an asset of virgin oil's. interesting!

on the other hand, in the disclosure statement, the paxton intervention is linked to the reorg plan, which could make it a precursor to the confirmation, i.e., monte v. paxton must be decided before the BK is final. example: if feb 18th is the BK confirmation, monte v. paxton gets decided beforehand. jmho.
