Hey deals...unfortunately, yes I believe the company is going to continue to dilute. Im not so sure a milestone is in place when Vio/Shpg finishes up with the phase 1b study. I thought the milestone was for when they completed phase 2. Also I don't think we are going to see any partnership for TauC-3 or TOC1 anytime soon. Intellect said 2 years ago that CONJUMAB had attracted significant interest from Large Pharma companies and nothing has happened there as far as a partnership. In Intellect's last news release they stated that the TauC-3 results should attract renewed significant interest in Intellects science. Hard to take that statement to seriously since nothing came from CONJUMAB yet and that statement was made 2 years ago when they actually had a CSO and CEO and now they don't have either. I do However feel there is value here in Intellects pipeline and I believe a large pharma company might be willing to take on Intellects 80+ million dollar debt and throw in another 25 to 50 million to take a chance on their science.
