ASAE .05/.06

ASAP is a holding company that operates real estate, investment banking and consulting for Chinese companies.
The share structure is tiny with an o/s of over 14 mil and a float of about 3 mil.

They have made 9 month net income of over 641K or fully diluted eps of over .02.
They closed a major transaction during the 4th q which should mean the 4th q was again profitable.
The transaction was closed on 11/5/13 as you can see here.

I don't know how much the consulting income will be for this transaction but it is a large hotel and
they only had one in the 1st q and it was also a hotel and as you can see it was significant when you
look at the first q results.

Someone smarter than me might be able to figure out the percentage they receive for providing consulting
and find the sales price and figure out what it was. They only list major transactions on the website
so it is possible it is not the only one in the 4th q.

They have a note for over 700K that needs to be paid off and it will probably result in conversion to shares
which is why I am using the fully diluted figure to determine eps.

If the 4th q transaction is similar to the 1st q then their annual eps numbers should come in with net income
of close to a million dollars for the year and fully diluted eps close to .035 and they will have cash somewhere
in the neighborhood of 700K. They could use it to pay off the note iliminating need for dilution which would
put the annual eps numbers closer to .07. I am not counting on it so I assume the worst and use the fully
diluted figures.

This is an American company consulting on the sale of American properties but their clients are Chinese so there
is a china connection. This is however a fully reporting SEC compliant company.

What is is worth? With a share structure this small it could sustain some nice gains and if the 4th q shows similar results
as the 1st then even a small p/e of 5 would put it at .165.
