Nothing will get filed as far as statements go. Georgie Boy makes the same statements. Just changes locations. If it is not the Middle East. Than it is Canada or China Ect.... Just go back and read the PRs from the last three years.

He will only file the minimal. To satisfy the SEC requirements. You will never see audited financial staements by Georgie Boy. Be careful here.
