INTC got creamed. TA. RSI 24

I would like to say nice board first. Nice collection of info on TA. I like it. I noticed INTC got creamed recently. RSI is awesomely low at 24 screaming buy buy buy when it's oversold however I’m looking at 2 year chart and remember OSIP punishment and I am thinking that perhaps INTC might see $19 before sun comes shining again. Anyone cares to take a stab at it from TA perspective. I love buying stocks that are fundamentally good but are way oversold.
