You need to get your facts in order before you come in and talk about a project that apparently you know nothing about. The main part of this company is their film making ability and it seems that they're doing a great job of doing so according to what's been posted on this board. Their studio's are in the process of being built and other reports say the Leaf amphitheater will be completed in 2015 NOT 5 OR 10 years down the road. I'm not even sure there's any Disneyland type theme park planned for the site but more of a facility to shoot movies, and house the people who work on the movies and the way I took the Leaf amphitheater would be a place to show off to distinquished guests their finished products before releasing to the public. First I've heard of this Disneyland type park being built on this site and to be honest, they'd probably have to purchase additional land to build something like this. I've personally been down to the tract of land and see things happening down there and unlike stocks that are created in someone's bedroom closet or kitchen table, this is a RELIABLE business adventure that's being backed by the Effingham Industrial Authority and the State of Georgia. Any wise person would be getting in on this stock while they can as once it takes off, it's going to run like a Amberjack fish! Read a little more and learn more before throwing this stock in the trash can. It's a winner!!
