I also think it is wise to have a position NOW...depending on how much Mgt wants to raise in the next go around - and assuming they will do so AFTER a nice rise in PPS, your only looking at 8-10% PPS reduction factoring in the dilution.

As an example - let's say their master plan is to raise 12 million every six months or so (a total of 3 more times to raise their needed $36 mil)

Let's conservatively say that PPS is $1.80 when the ole mid- February PR comes about dilution. Well, that would mean the issuance of approx. 6.6 million shares which would cause an 8-10% reduction in PPS (perhaps a bit more if market is trying to send a message) but even at 10% - PPS would drop to low 1.60's in this scenario. You can go buy it Tuesday for under 1.15 !
