Apparently, if we're to believe that a filed complaint motion can be taken to an Appellate court.. lol


It's almost as confusing as describing (ILNS) as "the winning party" in a motion. It's tantamount, tautologically speaking, to calling a snow flake the winning avalanche.

I checked today because I saw there was a lot of confusion
