I agree with most of the stuff you wrote. Mystery here is, on one hand company says TCA can't dilute more than 5% of out standing shares. That is less than 2.5 mill shares. But the volume suggests otherwise....also I talked to PR lady and she told me that none of the insiders are selling...and so it is hard to figure out what is going on.....
