Scott has shorted the shareholders for the last 6+ years. 6+ years of short comings and counting. Blaming shorts on this stock is short sighted. Scott has shirked and shorted shareholders while misleading them with "announcements". "Announcements" and no follow through by Scott is why this PPS is so dismal.
