I don't believe so, that spike in price was in the last few days in December 2012. According to WarpCore's summery Gerald didn't buy in 2012 it was all in 2013. I believe he provided the link to the SEC filings so it's easily verified.

Currently I have no worries here, all the timelines point to additional events in the first part of this year that should push the PPS much higher over the coming months. AMBS has a world class team, that doesn't happen for no reason. GS
