Time will tell. Usually the scenario you suggest does continue, I have been in many myself. But not here. I think you might end up surprised on this one going forward. I suspect the selling was due to the old defaulted convertible debt, which they lost control of, and in merger docs, that seems to be gone.

Just judge them from merger announcement forward and see what develops.
