You all don't understand.

If PHOT and CANX get share control,
they will approve an r/s this year.

That's why I voted no.
Mark my words.
Ask Kurt about an r/s and see what he says!

PHOT first has to approve 3B a/s.
If PHOT wanted to do an r/s right now,
they couldn't, because shareholders
could possibly turn it down.

Hence the desperate letter by Sterling.
I love PHOT and believe in it's future.

But PHOT can do better than it's current
deal.
A no vote would force them to restructure,
and make a deal less dilutive.

First show us what that $1.3M that cost
140M shares has gotten us before we
give a yes vote of confidence!
