I said the NO RS stuff was from before. That changed with the current plan because it was necessary to facilitate it. So the claims of them lying about never doing a reverse are not valid to me, because that was from before the preferred shares deal.

I guess one sticking point for me is, if it fails, what does JK get out of it? He has shares like everyone else. I have been privy to conference calls where he pitched his plan to other companies, and he doesn't get anything for facilitating it. So when does he make his money if it all falls apart? That is what I want to know.

And if it doesn't work and fails, that is one thing, but for it to be a scam planned by JK from the onset, then how does he benefit from that?
