I'll send off an email to the DTCC, see if they can find out the true share structure and why they let the company over issue shares.

Im not talking about the quarterly fillings, they are always behind--the sec state of Wyoming has this at 250 mill still--Ta can not legally issue shares past the legal AS---Show me anywhere that the SEC will legally let than do that or stop posting BS--As of today , the TA is not issuing new shares if the AS is maxed--Comp could be making deals but nobody is getting new shares until approval---

AS still 250 mill as of today so stop saying bill new shares are hitting the market--That is nonsense ---
