" analyst" is another term for person who has a vested interest. These disclaimer are a joke. The bottom line is they are compensated, and represent an interest " directly or indirectly " on one side of the trade or another. Whatever any " analysts" say pro or con, should not be taken as gospel. It's an effort to move the stock one way or the other.
