So let me see if I understand the logic here:

Since Mr. Shefte served as President and Board member, and received compensation from Aarow Environmental Group, Inc., at the same time as a guy who was later convicted of fraud, then we should infer that Mr. Shefte is also engaged in, or guilty of fraud.

By that logic, any person who served on the Board of NASDAQ, in the early 1990's during the three years when Bernie Madoff was the President and Board member of NASDAQ must also be presumed guilty of fraud.

Have I got that right?
