I know its obvious from your post you don't get how it works. When dilution happens shareholders are the last to know, we HAVE to wait until filings before the AS gets updated. So dilution today would be months away before we would be told about it through filings.

One exception to this would be to call the Transfer Agent as often as you wished to keep a close eye on the true share count. However this company like most scams on the OTC have a Gagged TA.....So waiting for quarterly filings is all we have

i have no idea what your talking about-Stock price will fluctuate up and down--Right now its all retail--There is no dilution happening because the AS is still 250 mill---
