Good luck with that theory, so you think they increased the AS from 250M to 1 Billion because they were bored? perhaps the number 2 and 5 keys on their keyboard no longer works and as we all know they are Broke, so lets increase the shares to temporarily fix out keyboard issue and after we dump the shares we can buy new keyboards.
Or at least get the 2 working for the next AS increase
