Reference today's letter:

2 bil more shares is such an obnoxious number. Why not 500 mil or 1bil, they want to dilute us by 66%

And this 40 mil in financing just doesn't make sense for the amount of increase.

The reason I sold this morn is bc this is the first I heard a concrete statement from the company that they wanted to up to 3bil, I and many others were hoping they would reconsider considering the recent gains in pps.

Our market cap would triple if we go up to 3bil and stay at .20...

Common sense we have go down pps, certainly not up...

For example if we were at .33 pps at time of increase to 3bil AS that would give us a get READY...1 billion dollar market cap...just too crazy...for where the company is right now

Any thoughts out there???
