That was a post from before the Riad debacle I think. During most of that time JK was out of commission from a bad car accident. (He is still dealing with his neck injury) He was against the Riad deal but was not around when Gary got all tied up in it. Riad wanted to sell the company, he is the one who halted the dividend payment, he was not interested in the shareholders. (This is what I have been told, I am not stating it as fact or opinion really. I have no clue what happened or what will happen)
Last we spoke, the assets are there, and everything was moving forward. He didn't know if the last of the assets would be in the K, which is now late, or the Q in Feb. Now we wait to see if the K comes out on Tuesday, which is what I was told.
I am just hoping for the best here and trying to stay neutral. Take care.
