There's nothing in this letter we didn't already know! Issuing more shares is what penny companies do! Banks won't take a chance and loan money to the M J industry or any small company. The scam companies will take the money and put in their pockets, not this company! There will be dilution and maybe an A/S latter. As I said yesterday, This is the MO in penny land. Some of us have been down this road before. It will be a bumpy ride, so hold on or get the hell out of the car!
