Since Ronaldo Carvalho, a director of J. G. Summit, appears to be associated with Tanure, Tanure has control with 4 of the proposed seven directors slate being his picks. The others are Costa, Lima, and Grossi.

Are Tanure and MM buddies and, if so, does Tanure's presence/control means MM is back in power? Or, will Summit make a bid for the company?
