If I understand you correctly, I expect an RS sometime this year.
The only question is how high will the OS go before that happens?

Obviously - PRs promising wonderful things are not going to move the stock as they did in the past. VELA needs to actually do something and not just talk about it.

Ask Tobin Smith - LOL - who was a key party to the CHARADE in the past.
