What if this filing contains nothing new? There should at least be something reflecting the "minutes" they tweeted about starting Early September until November 30th. If not then what defense will they have for those who say they lied about the minutes?

If DUTV files today to stay current then they are in a bind to show some revenue in the filing to reflect what they've been Tweeting. If they don't then they get the Caveat Emptor along with derision from those tired of their failures.

DUTV has a lot riding on how they handle themselves today.
