Here are some of the main points that I see benefiting the company

With the company they are acquiring they will be able to get millions of visitors to their site. The company specializes this and has a track record of creating massive amounts of traffic.

The traffic will then be directed to their site which will be a Yelp style page with links to legal MJ places and they can sell their items on the site. I believe ICBU will get kick backs off of the sales and can even promote their own products.

IMO this is huge bc they will be the first to do this in the MJ industry and will make Millions!!

Looking at the PR a little more, I believe something bigger is coming.. Just look at the end of the PR:

"Shareholders can expect to hear more of us in the coming weeks and months."

ICBU already has things lined up for months to come which I believe are more acquisition based on their track record and aggressive approach to take over.

ICBU has been running great lately, followed by a day of consolidation and a big seller getting out, (foolish). I believe this is the new bottom for this stock and the company has the "Bull" by the horns.

Congrats to those that are holding and to those that are just now getting in. IMO you will all be pleased with this play. Not a quick flip, definitely a money maker!!
